Bonjour mon amies! We checked out Niort a little, then we headed south to Bordeaux. We checked into our Chateau. Accomodations are beautiful. We had lunch in Bordeaux, then explored up the Bordeaux Wine Reigon. We saw some beautiful grape orchards, very old little towns, and even got to taste and buy some lovely wines. We had a fablous dinner in Bordeaux. I thought I was ordering "crepes", I learned that means "mushrooms" in French! I decided to try them anyway, since it was a unique vegitarian dish. It was really good. Then back to the Chateau for a little rest and relaxization. Sorry, I seem to only be able to download one photo. I will try again tomorrow. ConnieMarie.
